Armenian Radio Hour of New Jersey (ARHNJ) was founded on June 2, 1979, with the sole purpose of promoting Armenian culture via electronic media, both radio and television. Over the past years, the weekly program has integrated bilingual news, community announcements, songs and music of Armenia, and live interviews with active members of the community. The program has also reached out to non-Armenians, in order to educate others about the Armenian heritage. The ARHNJ is made possible through the courtesy. of WSOU 89.5 FM Seton Hall University Radio Station and the support of a caring Armenian community. The program relies completely on the dedication of committed volunteers and always welcomes those who wish to contribute to its growth. This non- profit cultural/ educational organization is directed by a board of community leaders.
